Input 1 - Depot & Baseline Data - This sheet is used to input base-case assumptions for the depot operations as well as what fuel types and associated costs will be included in the comparison. Inputs are for two liquid fuel types and two gaseous fuel types, with 4 applications of each for a total of 16 fuel and application uses. Federal cost share, inflation and discount rates are also included on this page. These assumptions are carried out and referenced throughout the rest of the model.
